5 min	Steering Group Changes	Former user (Deleted)	Will resigned from the Steering Group, as he doesn't think he is involved enough currently with either DD4T or DXA, and doesn't feel he is representing the community properly.
5 min	DXA + DD4T Merge	Raimond Kempees (Unlicensed)	Very good progress in the merge, SDL's team efforts in PI4 are completely aligned with the community and project objectives. Community should spend time going through the system demos as development proceeds to ensure the execution. Kudos to Bart Koopman (Unlicensed) for keeping up the promises to the community.
10 min	Details on the plan	Bart Koopman (Unlicensed)	There are 3 main stories/features: Data Compatibility Code Compatibility Template Compatibility Expected to be done by Sprint 5. DXA 1.8 likely to come in this PI, mostly the changes are related to introduction of Knowledge Center support DXA 2.0 release would be in the next PI, so within ~ 3 months.
10 min	Acceptance Criteria	Bart Koopman (Unlicensed)	There is currently no acceptance criteria for the backwards compatibility. The Steering Group should determine this.
2 min	DD4T Release 2.1 (Java)	Raimond Kempees (Unlicensed)	Raimond working to finalize this release, which is expected to be the last community release of DD4T Java.

Nuno Linhares (Unlicensed) to ask on the Community Slack and MVP chat for a replacement in the Steering Group
Raimond Kempees (Unlicensed) - Discuss with Quirijn Slings on acceptance criteria for backwards compatibility.
Roadmap post 2.0 release must be discussed and agreed.
Nuno Linhares (Unlicensed) to reschedule meeting to every 3 weeks instead of every other week.
